What it is.
Delivery changed what a takeaway container has to do. It is no longer carried from a counter to a table; it goes into a bag, onto a motorcycle, and up a staircase. What decides whether it arrives intact is the closure — hinged or separate lid, latch design, rim tolerance — and all of that is set in the tool before a single container is pressed.
The second decision is barrier, and it is specified against the food rather than in general. A dry item and a sauced one are not the same requirement, and a container that is fine with fried rice will wick through with curry.
